How to prepare content your customers understand

Good website content answers real questions in a useful order. You do not need clever words; you need clear ones.

Write down the questions customers ask most

Those questions are the foundation of useful pages. Group them into themes such as services, process, pricing, timing, and trust.

Lead with the outcome

Explain what you help people achieve before listing internal processes or technical details. Visitors first need to know whether they are in the right place.

Give each page one main action

Decide whether the next step is to enquire, view work, compare services, download something, or read more. Make that action easy to find.

Gather authentic images

Real work, real people, and real environments usually communicate more trust than generic stock photography. Use the best quality originals available.

Edit for scanning

Use descriptive headings, short paragraphs, and lists where they help. Read everything aloud; awkward sentences become obvious quickly.
