How to choose the right website package

The best package is not the one with the longest feature list. It is the one that solves the right problem without creating unnecessary work.

Start with the job the website must do

A first website may only need to explain your offer and make contact easy. A growing business may need service pages, stronger lead pathways, and room to publish useful content.

Count decisions, not just pages

A five-page website with clear content can be simpler than a single page that needs custom booking, complex integrations, or a large amount of new copy.

Be realistic about content

Ask what copy, photography, logos, and product information already exist. Content preparation often affects timing more than the build itself.

Plan for the next twelve months

Choose enough flexibility for what is likely to change soon, but avoid paying now for speculative features that may never be used.

Ask for a clear scope

A useful proposal should state what is included, what you need to provide, how feedback works, and what happens after launch.
